2019-03-29T14:00:52ZI have lived in The Peaks at Hope for 6 years We have gone through COUNTLESS managers and maintenace men My apartment has flooded about 5 times since I have been here twice last May My carpet has NOT been replaced YET My microwave provided by them do I have lived in The Peaks at Hope for 6 years We have gone through COUNTLESS managers and maintenace men My apartment has flooded about 5 times since I have been here twice last May My carpet has NOT been replaced YET My microwave provided by them does not work and it has been reported I keep a clean home despite having 3 kids I have never received a lease violation and I stay to myself I am ready to move I hate it here The grounds are not kept up and There are too many restrictions You can not stand at the end of the breezeway and talk you can not talk in the parking lot your kids HAVE to be at the playground to play WHICH IS POSITIONED DIRECTLY IN THE SUN The rent is too high to be basically confined to your apartment more ...
