These apartments are beautiful and great for the price Love it

Just recently looked at this place and the location is AMAZING Gorgeous neighborhood and right next to South Wedge The apartments looked fantastic and the manager was so professional Definitely the number one place Ive looked at so far

We had a really bad experience in this place. During our year-long stay, there were three different property managers. The townhomes were poorly made, with cabinet doors coming off, door handles falling off, and linoleum flooring peeling off. We paid We had a really bad experience in this place. We paid almost $1300 a month for this! The worst part was the rodent infestation. We caught about 6 mice with traps, but they kept coming back. The property manager informed us that the same problem had been present with the previous tenants, but they hadn't told us before we moved in. To make it worse, they refused to prorate our rent when they made us leave five days earlier than planned to clean for the new tenants. This place is plagued with the sound of gunshots and sirens at night, and our cars were broken into multiple times. There's also black mold in the upstairs bathroom. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. We are very disappointed and glad to be leaving. more ... hide ...
