Whenever I have any maintenance matters, I go to Dean and he or his team takes care of the matter in a very timely manner. I am not able to comprehend the grievances that I view on this website. Individuals always tell the bad things about people but they never mention all the good that the staff has done for many people in this building, which I have either seen personally or heard of. Everyone has their own opinion. I am 65 years old, I have been here seven years, I have never felt uncomfortable, upset, or treated unjustly; I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I believe that some people do not understand living in a large apartment building like this, you are not constantly going to be taken care of as quickly as you would like and that would be the same in any apartment building you live in, so if you are not accustomed to the apartment life maybe you should not move into one. more ... hide ...
