There is a lot of suspicious activity at West, East, and Pioneer Place apartment campuses (Plano Community Homes). At times West campus is very quiet and clean but other times it is horrifying, creepy, and very unpleasant. There is a lot of rampant fear and paranoia that the senile elderly residents might burn down their kitchens or catch the clothes dryers on fire too. Its frightening to feel that a four alarm fire could break out at any second. The greedy managers expects for their part time employees to handle smoke and fires alone in order to save money. That sounds like a very dangerous plan. Is that plan even appropriate, effective, ethical, and safe? Furthermore, its very suspicious that the majority of the residents at West as well as the other apartment campuses at Plano Community Homes are narcissistic Asian immigrants who do not speak or know a word of English yet act arrogantly entitled to section 8 housing. How did so many Asian immigrants who do not speak or know a word of English obtain section 8 housing? That is extremely suspicious activity.Sometimes there is so much noise that comes from the unruly residents, their families, and their guests who are prone to getting into arguments and bickering loudly without restraint. Also there are outbursts of harassment, disorderly conduct, and many angry complaints voiced by unruly residents due to malfunctioning dryers, washing machines, elevators, and other random issues. Shouldnt the stingy managers purchase dryers, washing machines, and elevators that are more efficient and effective? The managers and a few of the trainers they hired are very questionable, rude, and strange too. Are they even qualified to be where they are at?Some trouble-maker residents are constantly displeased with the customer service from newly hired staff and are scaring off part-time staff with bullying, harassment, fear mongering, and filing false complaints. Why does the leadership and the direct supervisors allow harassment, disorderly conduct, and suspicious activity to happen? Is the leadership qualified to even be in their positions? Is the leadership even qualified to make appropriate decisions? Does the leadership know how to train, manage, communicate, and protect their staff effectively? There seems to be patterns of staged incidents and rampant emotional abuse directed at new clerks who work for the establishment. How does the leadership and trainers resolve those problems effectively? It seems that the passive-aggressive leadership and direct supervisors do not want to enforce the rules regarding resident behavior therefore allowing some of the most belligerent residents and their guests to get away with bullying, disorderly conduct, filing false complaints, and making a lot of inappropriate noise. It seems that the apartments are operating with a skeleton crew and there is high turnover which causes even more problems. I believe that all of the aforementioned problems reflects very poorly on the selfish leadership and their asinine agendas.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially senior citizens. The fire alarms here are a major hazard; they sound off at least once weekly, at random times, and may go on for one to two hours before the fire department finally turns them off. It's a nightmare scenario to imagine if a real fire happened and no one left due to the alarms being ignored. It's absolutely shocking that this problem has been allowed to persist for over a year by the management. Additionally, the gates are in constant disrepair and the rent still goes up! The office staff is always changing, and when the fire alarms go off, my mother just has to wait for the fire department to come and shut them off. There is no security officer, no help from management, and no explanation given to the residents. These are serious safety issues that need to be looked into immediately. Where is the leadership and management team? Clearly they are not providing guidance or managing the security concerns.
