Good luck; no one ever answers the phone unless you're asking about moving into an apartment! Oh and don't expect any onsite management either - the nearest human you can talk to regarding your loft is two hours away in New Jersey! Worried about break-ins? Cameras aren't available as a security measure either. Need AC? That's not working either; put in a work order if you want it turned on. As far as maintenance goes there is someone available but he isn't the Super - everyone just complains to him about all of this place's neglect and issues yet he isn't paid enough for what he does! Bottom line: don’t move here – there’s no air conditioning, constant leaks, no working front gate, bug issues, no super or management presence (or even phone communication!), no physical human in Philadelphia that can assist with anything…it’s not secure nor safe. For over 8 months tenants have been reaching out with needs yet West of Hudson Properties hasn’t given this property enough attention like it needs/deserves more ... hide ...

I moved in December 2018 when the property was still owned and managed by Liss property groups Since west of Hudson properties has taken over management everything has gotten progressively worse They do not complete work orders in a timely fashion t I moved in December 2018 when the property was still owned and managed by Liss property groups Since west of Hudson properties has taken over management everything has gotten progressively worse They do not complete work orders in a timely fashion these units are equipped for both central heat and cooling but the new maintenance team does not know how to turn on the cooling system We also pay for security of our vehicles in the parking lot by means of a coded gate that has not worked since Ive moved in It is now the end of July Management does not get back to you and after talking with several other residents we all seem to be very neglected West of Hudson properties has created their own ledger after transitioning over from Liz property groups and added an additional 1500 to our bill There was no notice of non payment whatsoever which is a requirement in PA if you are going to evict or lock someone out of their apartment This place was cool when Mr T was running it but has terribly declined DO NOT LEASE HERE We will be taking them to court more ... hide ...
