I was explicitly told, after they reviewed my insurance, that I wouldn€™t have no co-pay responsibility. But after seven sessions I was sent to bill for $100. I have spent weeks and weeks of stress sending emails trying to get them to address this and while waiting all of the progress I was starting to make with my physical therapy is disintegrating and I am beginning to have problems walking again. I even sent them the voice message their staff left saying I would have no co-pay responsibility and didn€™t get a response. I€™m on a fixed income. At this rate, coming in for the recommended number of sessions for both of my physical issues would cost me over $600. There€™s a big difference on a fixed income between nothing and $600. But again, they are incompetent and in different billing staff doesn€™t respond so I can€™t go forward with physical therapy and then physical suffering as a resultmore ...hide ...
