My husband and I were approved for the Community Cares Act as well as Cherokee Nation Housing for prepaid rent and deposit as I was affected by COVID19 and now cancer They would require a W9 and a lease verification The Cherokees emailed me today and My husband and I were approved for the Community Cares Act as well as Cherokee Nation Housing for prepaid rent and deposit as I was affected by COVID19 and now cancer They would require a W9 and a lease verification The Cherokees emailed me today and said after they received these it would take 1 to 2 weeks for you to receive your check I can verify all of this through emails and I was working with an attorney at legal aid This is guaranteed income that you would receive upfront versus a renter who may or could become unemployed at any given time I was told with both it looks like they are prepaying between 68 months total My husband is also able to do maintenance and has references as well Please let me know if you wish to further discuss I am needing to lease by tomorrow at the latest or ASAP Thanks more ... hide ...
