She said that she was closed because she had appointments with people which is fine, but like the saying goes Its not what you do/ say, but how you do it /say it! If there were units available for what I was looking for I wouldnt even consider considering living there having a rude ass manager like her. I dont doubt that this woman avoids getting her ass beat on a regular basis! Someone definitely needs to teach her some customer service skills and remove her from her position! more ... hide ...
