The documents only said that improperly storing the trash could result in it not being picked up, instead of being charged a fee. It's an oversight to not tell tenants about these rules, especially for a service like a trash valet. I had planned to get a bike here at Savannah, but my $100 was taken away due to the fine. This year, I attempted to secure a place to live at the Hue. After completing a laborious rental agreement, handing in my application fee, and being informed that I would be able to commence moving in shortly, I was phoned to be told that my income was insufficient for them to accept me. I have no issue with this, it was just the fact that they put me through the entire process only to tell me that I could not rent from them. When I asked for a reimbursement of my application fee, I was told I had not finished the paperwork in time, so I would not receive anything back despite not even being able to rent a room. It seems to me that the Hue will tell practically anyone that they can rent a room and quickly push them through the process just to fill any vacancies without taking any time to make sure everything is in order. The unit I toured was quite small and shared with 3 other people. Unless you are unable to find other accommodation or your parents are paying for your housing, I would strongly advise against living here; while the amenities and location are very nice, they are not worth the amount the Hue charges. more ... hide ...
