I have had a negative experience with the customer service at my apartment complex. This time, their mistake caused me to lose at least $350, which I deserve to be reimbursed for. This time, their mistake caused me to lose at least $350, which I deserve to be reimbursed for. I have been living in this building since 2018, and I have had a series of negative experiences with the property managers. This time, their mistake cost me money. I had been assigned and paying for a parking spot in the lot next door. When someone began parking in my last week, I tried to reach someone in the management office to clarify the issue. I was unable to reach someone. Then, in the middle of the week, I unexpectedly received an email that my car was unauthorized to park in the spot it was in. Once again, I called the number in the email and went down to speak to someone. Once again, I could not find anyone to talk to. When I finally heard back from the assistant property manager, Shyasia, she told me that my parking spot had been reassigned (a mistake she admitted to making). She then told me that I could no longer park there and if I didn't sign a new parking addendum my car would be towed. She changed my spot and then allowed my car to be towed the next morning without speaking to me. When I confronted her, she was extremely dismissive and raised her voice at me. I lived here for 3 years and moved out a few months ago There are many issues with this building but it mainly stems from unresponsive management who rarely replies to emails and phone callsnn1 Broken doors A lot of things broke down here over the ye I lived here for 3 years and moved out a few months ago There are many issues with this building but it mainly stems from unresponsive management who rarely replies to emails and phone callsnn1 Broken doors A lot of things broke down here over the years including the front door of the building and the parking garage doors Each of these were not fixed in a timely manner Elevator doors also do not close all the way Maybe 2 or 3 working elevators at a time of the 6 possible Someone broke the parking garage door in early August 2022 before I moved out and I heard from a resident that it was eventually fixed in October Thats 2 months of the garage door being permanently openn2 Gym I loved the gym There was a huge variety of equipment there and the rooftop area is amazing However there is no air conditioning or heat in the gym So its hot in the summer cold in the winter Theres a fan for the summer which helps but its still insanely hot Additionally of the 6 treadmills or so that were there only 23 worked at a time The others were continuously broken even after I sent in multiple maintenance requestsn3 Apartment air conditioning This happened to me across all 3 years only in the summer The air conditioning will work fine for a while then display an error code and stop blowing cold air Happened at least 34 times per week during the hottest months Maintenance told me this was because all air conditioning units on the floor are connected so once one encounters an error they all don4 General uncleanliness and careless neighbors I saw dog poop and other messes in the elevators and stairwell multiple times I know theres a maintenance crew trying to clean it up though and I feel bad for themn5 Windows They do NOT open much more than a crack that I cant even stick my finger through The leasing agent Alex does tell you that the windows open but that is stretching the truth You must submit a work order to open a window for the unit and only 1 window is able to be open in the entire unit Also it took maintenance 40 days to open my window after I submitted the work ordernnWhen management does not care it really shows And it has shown time and time again for the last 3 years Management will avoid you and you will be ignored after you move in Theres a reason why theres so many rent specials and vacant apartments PMC lures you in with the beautiful kitchen and bathrooms fantastic views of Baltimore and massive gym and 2nd floor amenitiesnnI stayed for 3 years because the price for a 1 bedroom was too good Less than 1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment in Downtown Baltimore I finally moved out because I was fed up with the continued lack of customer service from management Please stay away from PMC if you can Read reviews at 521 St Paul 301 N Charles St or other PMC apartments to see how they manage their other buildings more ... hide ...

My wife and I moved in about two weeks ago and staff has been super attentive and helpful There have been a few occasions of things not working and they always get fixed in a timely manner when we present our concerns The amenities are unparalleled r My wife and I moved in about two weeks ago and staff has been super attentive and helpful There have been a few occasions of things not working and they always get fixed in a timely manner when we present our concerns The amenities are unparalleled rooftop pool entertainment spaces FULL gym with actual weights A petfriendly building was a MUST for us and they have been super accommodating in that regard Location is great a short walk to almost anything you need and an easy bike ride from the Hopkins medical campus Parking prices are exorbitant but worth it to avoid street parking while living downtown Shout out to Greg our custodian he keeps the place immaculate and brightens our day when we see him in our comings and goings more ... hide ...
