Unfortunately, a piece in my shower broke during the process, which required a welder to be called in. Since the water had to be turned off in order to fix it, I had to go a week without running water in my flat. I was given keys to utilise another building's bathroom and shower. I was not recompensed for the annoyance. The welding personnel created a hole in my wardrobe when they attempted to fix the issue, and I had to ask for assistance to patch it, but there was no response. That was only one of the issues I had. At one point, the heating coil for my oven caught fire, and I had to drag it forward to put out the flames. When I went to the office to inform them the following day, the woman was not concerned about how dangerous it had been. The light in my closet was out until I moved out a month later, as they had to buy a part to fit it.
