2021-06-14T19:01:06ZThe area and community that live here are quite pleasant but the management leaves quite a lot to be desired I have not only never had a timely response to any maintenance issues since moving in approximately 7 months ago but some concerns I have sub The area and community that live here are quite pleasant but the management leaves quite a lot to be desired I have not only never had a timely response to any maintenance issues since moving in approximately 7 months ago but some concerns I have submitted requests over have yet to be addressed The shirked issues range from minor to quite major I have been incredibly unsatisfied thus far It is difficult to even find management to be in their office during business hours often and their rate of answering calls is pretty low and their messages remain full always I get told frequently that someone will be sent over the day of any contact I make and then they never show up day after day Its concerning that they let issues slide that they are aware will cause damage to their apartments even after Ive made sure to inform them that this is the case I am past the point of wishing to deal directly with management any longer and am now leaving this review to warn anyone interested in this place of potential woes and am trying now to reach the supervisor of these properties more ...
