This place is great Moving to the future PARKING and private vehicles will be less essential especially in Oceanside CA The city provides free rides by volunteers for seniors not to mention Pronto which will soon add Uber to the public transportation more ...

The first thing you notice is how clean and compact this complex is The second thing youll notice is you cant park your car Thats right no parking for visitors or potential tenants Inside is very clean and well kept as well

My senior aunt lives here and she likes it Its within walkingdistance of major shopping centers Clean quiet place for seniors 55 No parking for guests tenants only gated Needs a place to stop and droppickup for visiting vehicles
