management and security are both seriously lacking at this place my mother had died while at this facility The management team wouldnt let us get her belongings until taking them to court extremely unempathetic and rude awful people I wouldnt recomme management and security are both seriously lacking at this place my mother had died while at this facility The management team wouldnt let us get her belongings until taking them to court extremely unempathetic and rude awful people I wouldnt recommend working or dealing with them in any capacity this place is awful and should be shut down theres also no cameras or security so they cant even tell who came and went from her the building when she was potentially murdered as you can see in the photos her balcony door was broken down even once the police were involved they were super uncooperative and awful to deal with we again had to spend thousands of dollars to hire a lawyer just to get my deceased mothers belongings more ... hide ...

   The apartments are very nice good size quiet neighborhood I dont know now but the old managers were horrible They got me in big trouble damaging on my creditn1 in December 2018 I signed a lease for 15 months always paying the rent correctly o    The apartments are very nice good size quiet neighborhood I dont know now but the old managers were horrible They got me in big trouble damaging on my creditn1 in December 2018 I signed a lease for 15 months always paying the rent correctly on time 4 months before my lease expired in an attempt to cancel they gave me the alternative of passing the lease to someone else by adding that person to my lease until the 4 months expire April 2019 and then the person would renew the lease only in his name but unfortunately for a bad surprise i get a charge from the national system credit department saying i would be owing the quincy commons over 7k manager simply made a copy of the lease and handed the person over for lease renewal where that person forged my signature by including me on the lease providing my wrong phone number my wrong email so I will never know that my name would be included on the lease new lease and now im having a big headache to solve it more ... hide ...

it was a very bad experience living there people in the leasing office were not friendly at all And it was noisy year round in winter time shower water is never warm enough and nobody solves the problem at all its better to live in the top floor or it was a very bad experience living there people in the leasing office were not friendly at all And it was noisy year round in winter time shower water is never warm enough and nobody solves the problem at all its better to live in the top floor or else you would always hear the footsteps even sex noise from upper floor They said they would return you the key fee when you sign the lease But when you return the keys they say the key fee is not returned and they even charge you rent after you moved out and said they could only return you the refund within 31 days ridiculous i regret that I lived there for 15 months totally unworthy more ... hide ...
