Now I dont know about the facility because we didnt make it that far so this is about our experience with the staff My mother called earlier in the day about getting a tour of the apartments and spoke with the property manager Marissa She let my mothNow I dont know about the facility because we didnt make it that far so this is about our experience with the staff My mother called earlier in the day about getting a tour of the apartments and spoke with the property manager Marissa She let my mother know that they show apartments from 10am330pm on certain days We show up about 300pm go to the leasing office which said its closed for lunch We knock a couple of times eventually a staff member who was not Marissa barely opens the door to say that shes on lunch Doesnt smile doesnt greet us nor offers any alternatives such as contacting the property manager for clarification She coldly continues to explain how shes at lunch and wont do anything else until 2030 minutes later How well have to come back another day to view apartments with no sympathy She needs customer service training and we will not be returningmore ...hide ...
