Renting with Trinity Park Apts for the last 6 years, I recently encountered an issue with Sansone Group becoming our property manager. My renewal date had passed, yet I never received a notice. My renewal date had passed, yet I never received a notice. Thus, I kept paying my rent. Eight months later, I was informed I had to renew or be evicted. When I called the leasing office after hours, I left a message. On Monday, I talked with RHONDA at the Trinity Park Apts leasing office who was the rudest representative I had ever spoken with. She refused to listen to my grievances about the late notice, mold and pests in my unit, instead suggesting I could give up my key or she would send the file to an attorney. At the office, I spoke with the office manager but still felt unheard. Therefore, I will not be a customer any longer, nor would I ever recommend the property management team to any property owner. I would not suggest renting from them while they are hiring representatives like RHONDA.more ...hide ...
