Single female no kids or pets however would like to get a dog eventually I have a silver 2008 ford edge as my vehicle I am looking for immediate move in options i do prefer a single family home with 23bedrooms but a townhouse may be an option if fit Single female no kids or pets however would like to get a dog eventually I have a silver 2008 ford edge as my vehicle I am looking for immediate move in options i do prefer a single family home with 23bedrooms but a townhouse may be an option if fitting i am currently working with MVCAP Miami Valley Community Action Partnership they will be assisting me with the deposit amount which can include 1st and last minths rent as the total sum as well as rental payment paid in full for 3 months as well as moving cost and help with any furniture or appliance needs along with utility assistance for the duration of the lease i am currently on the waiting list with GREATER DAYTON PREMIER MANAGEMENT to recieve The Housing Choice Voucher as well as on the waiting list through Greene Met Housing Authority in Xenia to have my HCV voucher reinstated which will allow roughly 650 to 700 monthly allotment for rent i am currently not expecting a long wait to be reissued due to my voucher expiring because of the housing shortages during the stay at home ordersNo evictions morandum from covid I have a 565 credit score mainly due to some high outstanding hospital bills I have no evictions In the past 5 years and I have a clear background check more ... hide ...
