At first, they may appear nice, but security is domineering and could lay hands on you and threaten you for trivial reasons. Office staff and security have objectionable demeanours. They treat you as if you have no rights. They risk tenants with evictions and call the police even when there are no occurrences. Trying to explain your position when you are mistreated is futile. They'll just file a complaint against you or accuse you of unsubstantiated things. It is no use being courteous and polite to them. They will steamroll you, even when you keep the apartment in good condition. There are surveillance cameras on the grounds, but they are only utilized to aid the staff and spy on inhabitants. Some people had their cars broken into and the staff did nothing in spite of the cameras being present to help find the perpetrator. It would be great if it were different, but the staff behaves as if everybody is beneath them. They come into your apartment without permission and charge you for damage that was already in the unit. I have seen security try to attack someone in their vehicle, beat on a mother's car and intimidate her at the gate, curse out tenants and yell at them. There is no respect. It is almost like a tyranny there. Don't let their lies dupe you. Even by keeping to myself I have had issues where staff and security gave my family trouble. I paid rent on time yet still got an eviction noticemore ...hide ...
