As for what has changed: the backyard is nice, but it's not possible to grill there, something we had expected based on what other people were doing. The backyard is often dirty and the grass needs to be cut, and I personally had to take care of the ant problem. The maintenance staff don't seem to know what they're doing and can't fix things correctly the first time. The leasing office has friendly people working there, though they're often changing and can't be reached or available for customers. They also increased the rent price. The pool is poor quality and my son ended up getting badly scratched feet. All in all, this isn't a bad community but it's overpriced for the location. For the amount charged, you could rent a single family home. Make sure to read the lease carefully before signing, as there are crazy fees and prices for everything.
