My experience in these apartments has been the worst! I'm on the third floor, and the people downstairs smoke inside their place and right outside the back door, which is against the policy that states you must stay 25 feet away from the building. I've talked to the property managers multiple times about the cigarette smell that's coming through my windows and the vent in my bathroom, but all I get is a message back asking me to contact him. These apartments don't even deserve a single star because they are filthy and filled with drug dealers. Additionally, my downstairs neighbor brings sketchy people to the back of the building late at night. I can't wait until my lease is up; I would never recommend anyone to live here. The walls are so thin, the parking is horrible, and the people and the maintenance staff are terrible when it comes to enforcing rules and regulations. It's so unfortunate that I have to pay such a high price each month for a place I'm not even secure or content in. more ... hide ...
