I have now resided at Crestview for more than 12 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The buildings are nicely kept and the staff are very pleasant. It's quite delightful to observe a train passing by with just a light rumble. Any maintenance problems are addressed quickly and completed effectively. The only issue I had was the sealant of my air conditioning unit came undone during winter causing cold air to enter my apartment. Someone was sent over to fix the problem right away and I haven't had any issues since. The apartments also feature spacious storage units, which are the size of walk-in closets. It's been an absolute pleasure to have a place to store miscellaneous items and holiday decorations without making my home look cluttered. The only complaint I have is about the race to do laundry since there are only two washing machines and dryers for many tenants and the facility is only open from 9am to 9pm (not sure what happens if you take longer). With people trying to do laundry during normal working hours and inconsiderate neighbors, it's quite challenging to do laundry. Luckily, there's a laundromat just around the corner that I often visit for laundering needs. All in all, I highly suggest Crestview Apartments as it is a safe neighborhood, the staff is attentive to your needs, and the apartments are cozy. more ... hide ...
