I currently live at one of their properties HPA We have NOT had consistent HOT WATER in about 8 months now with the last 2 months being the absolute worst I have continuously inform management and though they claim to have worked on things in the boi I currently live at one of their properties HPA We have NOT had consistent HOT WATER in about 8 months now with the last 2 months being the absolute worst I have continuously inform management and though they claim to have worked on things in the boiler room NOTHING has resolved the problem I even reached out to Habitat America and no one has gotten back with me Hot water is essential to life and living without it is uninhabitable I also have several work orders that have been in since last year and yep you guess it those and quite a few others have completed Habitat America does NOT care about their residents I am fed up and had to reach out to DCRAnUpdate Response to Habitat Americas reply Though a part was supposed to have been put in last week we here at Hubbard Place had no hot water most of yesterday 41622 and ICE COLD HOT WATER today on Easter We need a new boiler Please stop with the paperwork its NOT resolving the problem The old model we have the manufacturer no longer produces I shall continue to fight for inhabitable living at this property more ... hide ...
