I had missed one document, but she didn't let me know and at 10:57 pm on July 12, I received an email saying my case had been denied. The following morning, I called the office to find out that my case was still open. I sent the paper I was missing and she still didn't respond. I phoned the office to tell them I had sent the paper. On July 18, I sent her the same paper again and I also called the office to make sure she had received the email and she phoned me back at 5 pm. It was like the office was empty and she was pretending to address the issue, but I couldn't hear her on the other end, she was quiet. I then sent her an email again and called from my daughter's phone; she answered, but was silent again and no one spoke. She then sent me an email saying the problem was with the phone. After that, she sent another email saying my case had been denied and the reason was something else. This is not my fault that the line didn't work and it's not my fault that they didn't try to contact me to attempt to solve the problem. I called the office the following day on July 19 and they said my case had been closed due to lack of communication. She got my paper on July 15 and 18, but she didn't upload it. more ... hide ...

Very difficult to get a mortgage Everyone Ive talked to friends and family have ranted and raved about the experience especially for those who have blemished credit or lots of revolving debts and whatnot I dont qualify by myself because my DTI is too Very difficult to get a mortgage Everyone Ive talked to friends and family have ranted and raved about the experience especially for those who have blemished credit or lots of revolving debts and whatnot I dont qualify by myself because my DTI is too high allegedly But they asked for my wifes paystubs for consideration of repayment Then it was suggested we apply jointly My wife has something on her credit that is prohibiting us from obtaining a mortgage at all They expect us to get an explanation overnight for whats on our credit but dont take into consideration the time it takes to obtain from the creditor People who work there are far from empathetic and literally just call to follow up to check off the box I wont be contacting them again Right now Im planning our move OUT of RI Processes down south seem tons more easier and lenient more ... hide ...
