I'm unable to even file a complaint for disability discrimination due to the lack of accommodating information for people with disabilities on the county website. Guidelines should be available to the public. I called Maryland HUD and the phone would just hang up (no direct person-to-person), or the HUD employees would give incorrect numbers. My daughter is distressed as she may lose her voucher because of this attitude. I am highly dissatisfied and had to transfer to a different County, and I'm still facing issues with the HUD which was transferred. Prince George's County would be 0 for my daughter, who is disabled and was approved. I can't get any answers or assistance for her paperwork. I am unable to get in touch with anyone from the Prince George's County Office as it is closed to the public. I have called, left voice messages, and sent emails to the specialist (Ms. Bellamy), Chief of Housing (Mr. Simm), and supervisor (Mrs. Brown) but to no avail. Moreover, I'm unable to file a complaint for disability discrimination to any HUD in Maryland as the phone keeps hanging up, or the HUD employees give the wrong number; they are atrocious.
