Update 6162022nThe old management sold the property Causing changes that will end up moving many tenants out and raising rent for lesser quality service The garage cans are not routinely emptied every Wednesday anymore its random Leading to overflowe Update 6162022nThe old management sold the property Causing changes that will end up moving many tenants out and raising rent for lesser quality service The garage cans are not routinely emptied every Wednesday anymore its random Leading to overflowed trash cans and large trash not being moved to bulk storage in less than a week And low key roaches have been traveling units due to poor pest control practices Think hard about your 1200 a month in rentnnThey have put in a lot of effort the last two or so years Even through the pandemicnNice office staff responsive maintenance the management prides themselves on maintaining the units well And the neighborhood is decent Few issues more ... hide ...

I have been living out here for 8years havent had any issues Cathy apartment manager is very professional when you call she immediately respond just got kitchen redone it looks great 24 hour security i would recommend Crown Point
