From the start, Ms. Sonya Jackson, the leasing agent and possibly the property manager, was always very responsive and returned my voicemails right away. She was professional and showed me nothing but kindness, for which I am grateful. This complex is really well-known, so come and visit it! It's stunning! People living here (including me) really appreciate their homes. Kirkpatrick Park Apartments is located in East Nashville and is close to restaurants, supermarkets, downtown, and a lot of schools (including charter schools). I am delighted to be living in such a diverse community and for my family to grow here. Staying with the subject of Kirkpatrick Park, I must say that Ms. Sonya Jackson and her team keep the property in great condition. This is a place where the word 'home' is very appropriate. The residents of Kirkpatrick Park Apartments are proud of the community, as demonstrated by the fact that few of them move out. more ... hide ...

The walls are very thin the people that live above us are always jumping running and yelling I cant get packages delivered to my home anymore because people steal them off my porch The location is great and the people that live here are very nice I w The walls are very thin the people that live above us are always jumping running and yelling I cant get packages delivered to my home anymore because people steal them off my porch The location is great and the people that live here are very nice I would just say they are charging us way over what I think is fair for the size and noise level and the construction of our apartment isnt great One of our first nights our window just fell into our apartment at 2 am it still doesnt work I put a maintenance request in and a year later they fixed it without telling me they would be in my apartment They also raised my rent during the pandemic I dont sense that the people managing these apartments really care about the people living inside them more ... hide ...
