Non stop construction The laundry room was unavailable every other month The staff never return my calls and multiple neighbors had complaints of break ins from the grounds keepers that they have employed They only use money orders And it took weeks Non stop construction The laundry room was unavailable every other month The staff never return my calls and multiple neighbors had complaints of break ins from the grounds keepers that they have employed They only use money orders And it took weeks for them to come fix a leaky bath tub they I stated they first month I was there I have tried to communicate with staff about parking because my parents car got towed at 4pm in the afternoon from only being there an hour they didnt seem to care It honestly seems like they are just taking whoever for a cheap apartment but it was an very regretful mistake and I would not recommend Morreene west to anyone There are a lot of other good options on the same road Safe choosing more ... hide ...

I had lived here for about four 4 years and no problemsB2 under the last name ChildressEmanuel I went to give a 30day notice to vacate the premises and I was told that I was being evicted due to not signing another lease Instead of extending the invi I had lived here for about four 4 years and no problemsB2 under the last name ChildressEmanuel I went to give a 30day notice to vacate the premises and I was told that I was being evicted due to not signing another lease Instead of extending the invitation to sign another lease None Landlord and I had a few words etc etc etc and I was arrested and lost everything I owned I am still recovering from the lost of all of my belongings I do believe that the complex is responsible and I should be compensated I wasnt able to afford attorney fees or I would have sued I have tried contacting mngmt in regard to my belongings and the office does not seem to be operating DISAPPOINTED more ... hide ...

My family and I have been living at Morreene West Apartments for a year and a few months now We have had issues in the past as far as parking issues and minor typical apartment problems but I can say these apartments are reasonable and the neighbor My family and I have been living at Morreene West Apartments for a year and a few months now We have had issues in the past as far as parking issues and minor typical apartment problems but I can say these apartments are reasonable and the neighborhood is quite I would also like to thank the property manager for working with us and being understanding She listens very well and really tries her best to accommodate her tenants Also I have no real issues with those that live in my building everyone is nice and I would recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a safe and affordable place to live more ... hide ...
