I would not suggest living in this apartment complex to anybody! My wife and I recently moved out due to the maintenance and air conditioning issues. We were constantly having to put in maintenance requests due to the wet dryer and soaked lint filter I would not suggest living in this apartment complex to anybody! We had to dry our clothes five times and the air conditioner was also dripping water and flooding the area. Our electricity bill was incredibly high and none of the electrical outlets were working. We were told the apartment was cable ready, but the wall outlet had no cables present. We were sold on the apartment by the manager, Lourdes, but for the rent we were paying, the service was not worth it. The pool was never cleaned and when they said they were "cleaning" it on Mondays, that was a lie. I used to work at a golf course and the pool was cleaned daily. They didn't care about us tenants, but if we missed a month of rent they would have been knocking on our door. We had to terminate our contract and they charged us an outrageous fee for painting, even though we left our apartment in the same condition. During the six months we were there, my wife and I were always working and only went home to sleep. Then why did they keep our deposit? Giving this place only one star is being generous. I didn't want to say anything bad, but it must be pointed out. If you are considering living here, take these things into account: for starters, the staff are not pet-friendly like they claim to be. Giving this place only one star is being generous. They have some kind of issue with my dog which I don't know the reason for. Furthermore, their behavior is not kind or compassionate towards their tenants. From my personal experience, they haven't been respectful to my family and I. They even go as far as waiting for us to leave our apartment to break in without permission. Yes, you read that right! Invading a person's home is illegal, after all. Moreover, when they want to inspect the apartment, they knock on the door as if they are trying to hammer a nail in. This is so impolite and totally unnecessary. These are only some of the MANY issues I have had while living here. If I could move out earlier, I absolutely would. The only good thing is that the place looks decent and clean. But, this doesn't mean you should ignore all the negative aspects. If I could give it zero stars I would if you think of moving here beware They have a roach infestation problem since day 1 of moving in there was 12 roaches exterminators came but problem is still here they said its German roaches and those are very If I could give it zero stars I would if you think of moving here beware They have a roach infestation problem since day 1 of moving in there was 12 roaches exterminators came but problem is still here they said its German roaches and those are very hard to get rid of they are everywhere in the cabinets on the walls even inside the dishwasher we contacted the manager to contact the owner to let us be released of the contract because we cannot live like this anymore and owners of the apartments said no we cannot We basically have to put up with this or pay them 3500 to leave we have 3 months here of dealing with this and 3 months left and to think that the owners dont care all they want is their money and for us to continue to deal with THEIR problem they have here These are only a few of the pictures I have even videos of this We were told several units have this issue so good luck getting stuck with one more ... hide ...
