The housing authority I have been working with is the worst of all! They never answer calls or reply in a timely fashion. I even tried to contact other people who were not my case worker and guess what? They are all guilty of the same thing - not ret The housing authority I have been working with is the worst of all! They never answer calls or reply in a timely fashion. I even tried to contact other people who were not my case worker and guess what? They are all guilty of the same thing - not returning my call. This includes supervisors too, which is unacceptable. We simply want to stay on the program and do the right thing, but we need help as we are not employed by them. One time I had to go out of my way for assistance, only to be denied service because I didn't have an appointment. While there, however, I called the office just to see what would happen when it rang - shockingly enough she refused all calls and put them on silent! When confronted about it she said she was busy (although she was just sitting there). It's unbelievable how they treat people like this! more ... hide ...

How long does it take after you have submitted intake for everything to be approved

There is no clear reason for canceling the voucher for choosing a residence and removing it from the waiting list after submitting all the necessary papers for two consecutive times they work

They were very accommodating as far as federal workers go however I was honest with them about my parenting situation and they canceled my life long earned voucher for the third time just satisy their unwanted pushed judgement like too many lately
