I really enjoy my flat, which is incredibly quiet. The complex has a gorgeous landscape. My flat is modern too. Unfortunately, the pools still haven't opened this June. The new gym has had to close at 5 PM due to technical issues and is shut completely on Sundays. People are continuously propping open the emergency exit doors to my complex, which makes me apprehensive. The clothing dryers don't work as expected; I have to run my cotton clothes several times for them to get dry, creating extra expenses. -Update! The pool has opened for the summer, and I would like to include some of the other great features here: 1. Rapid repairs - when I have called maintenance, the issue was quickly resolved. There is an emergency repair phone number and a 24 hour repair maintenance number to call. The personnel are always very courteous when handling the maintenance requests. 2. My flat has a walk-in closet and two bathrooms. 3. There's a trash chute on my floor. 4. My flat is very still, but I am on the top floor, so I don't hear any noise from the walls where the other residents are. 5. The security of the complex is fantastic and the officers are very friendly and positive. I will post some more soon. more ... hide ...

For nearly two years, I've lived at Oak Hill and it has been a great experience. To begin, the leasing staff was a pleasure to engage with. As college students, we found the process quite stressful and perplexing. Nevertheless, Andre was extremely helpful and kept us informed so that we felt sure about our application. My roommates and I have inhabited two different places in the complex. Moving from a building to a townhouse to allow for another roommate was seamless. Both the buildings were really nice and our neighbors never caused a problem. In the first building, the building captain, Leroy, was like a guardian and looked after everyone in the building. Moreover, our townhouse is amazing, with an amazing city view and a brand new kitchen. Maintenance has always been prompt and the managers are easy to reach. Most importantly, we feel safe! The complex has invested a lot in security, and as a female, I feel secure walking home from campus at night. Besides, there are numerous bus stops so if you're a student and don't want to trek up the hill, you don't have to! In conclusion, my housemates and I have had a great time here. We plan to stay until we graduate and have recommended the complex to our friends searching for apartments. Absolutely worth looking into during your apartment hunt! more ... hide ...

I would have wanted to give a 45 rating as theres still some scope of improvement there always is Having said that Its been 15 years that I have stayed in Oak Hill Apartments and it has been a great experience staying in this community till now The m I would have wanted to give a 45 rating as theres still some scope of improvement there always is Having said that Its been 15 years that I have stayed in Oak Hill Apartments and it has been a great experience staying in this community till now The management is prompt on resolving maintenance issues I have had a few minor problems in the townhouse I stay but all of them were resolved within a day The community has good amenities the new gym is really great There are 2 pools in the community and there were issues in opening up the pools last year but that can be attributed to COVID One of the pools opened up this year waiting for the second one to open up too The Oak Hill Market is a blessing too as you get at least some basic daily necessities From a security perspective they have round the clock patrolling which I appreciate If you are planning to move place I would definitely recommend you to consider Oak Hill The 3 star rating currently on google right now definitely doesnt justify the standards of the community more ... hide ...
