My daughter sent an email to Inland to inform them of how the property was being managed, and that Palms was not complying with Federal Law concerning illegal drugs usage in the property and the apartments through the vents. The decline in the kind of neighbors we had when we moved in versus the present is EXTREME! At night, there was street racing, noisy neighbors, and loud babies in the passageway and playing in the sewers in the middle of the streets. Inland does not care about people, just about money. Palms had a "Raffle for Reviews" email. Thus, those 5 stars are FALSE! You won't see a reviewer on Palms with more than 5 reviews, mostly one review, which is Palms as they are FAKE! To deceive the public. Look at the videos and pictures on my Google page. They are self-explanatory. Lastly, the Property Manager Garrett is the most obnoxious, stupidest, and most detached Property Manager I have ever encountered.
