We have had to make numerous of complaints because the neighbors upstairs are bouncing balls on the hardwood floors and jumping off of the beds all throughout the night and the office does nothing about it. This is very unacceptable and uncalled for. She acted like a it was a bother and she got kind of smart. All she had to say thank and we will check on the situation.
