After trying so hard to reach out to the office specially Kaylee and Tracy, I decided to write the review. Moved to this apartment last year. In the beginning of my first year my car was towed despite of having a stickerAfter trying so hard to reach out to the office specially Kaylee and Tracy, I decided to write the review. Moved to this apartment last year. In the beginning of my first year my car was towed despite of having a sticker, problem on managements end, they never refunded me the money. Towards the end of the first year lease I requested maintenance that never showed up until after I fixed the issue myself. I added another person to my lease back in Feb 2022 along with renewing my lease, my lease is still not renewed. I still havent received additional parking sticker. I was told to ask my employer to come to the leasing office because the application was not filled in properly and upon asking what is wrong with the application they were not able to answer. in addition they threatened me that they will send me an eviction notice if the employer wont come in person. I was talking to Kaylee and theres this African American lady interrupted and being all over my face and being disrespectful. I never heard from any place who wants the employer to come in person and do the paperwork. This is all racism just because I am South Asian. Last week I followed up with Kaylee 3 times and she told me I would receive my parking sticker by the end of Friday 05/13/2022 after talking to Tracy which she never did. For some reason Tracy always is in the meeting and dont want to talk to any residents. I have seen people getting temp tags, they never gave me one. Kaylee has to go to the old house community to get the tag. They dont like people being here. Everyone who I interacted as a neighbor are displeased with the management. Management dont want to work. Dont want to provide service. All you hear from them is another Audit is taking place, application process is long, renewal is longer. What kind of apartment (orion group) is this ? I am sure this will also not going to make a difference because they dont care about any of this. Stay away!more ...hide ...
