The area is now filled with trash, dogs roaming freely, and people leaving out 'free items'. Shannon has been particularly unprofessional when responding to complaints. She arrived at my door accusing me of arguing and saying there have been reports of marijuana, even though I asked her to view the cameras and offered to let her in to view my unit. She refused and abruptly hung up on me. It's obvious that she is not suitable to manage the property. The corporate team is unreachable. If you are considering living here, wait until there is a change in management. more ... hide ...
