The people doing landscaping outside are careless and I had my window open when they were setting up a sprinkler, which sprayed water into my apartment. It could have damaged my $200 printer and $900 computer. The apartments are okay, but they do not replace things as they promise and the area is unsafe. Multiple people have had possessions stolen out of their cars, there are two liquor stores near by and recently somebody's security camera cord was cut. Drug deals are done close to the apartment and despite the nice neighborhood on one side, it is not safe. The dumpsters are emptied daily and thus noise can be heard from an end apartment. Kids playing at the park are disruptive and disrespectful of other people's belongings, and it is not advised to use the bike racks as they are damaged by sticks and the landscapers. People also smoke outside of open windows in the area. All in all, this is not an ideal place to live, so I would not recommend it.more ...hide ...
