The office staff rarely answer the phone and when they are present, they are just doing paperwork. The people doing landscaping outside are careless and I had my window open when they were setting up a sprinkler, which sprayed water into my apartment more ...

If it wasnt for my friend living in those apartments I would not even make a brief appearance in that neighborhood and apartmentsSketchy Seedy side of town I dont like to mix withIt has a real bad vibe that is not pleasant if you get caught up

The grounds keeping here is phenomenal If i put a work order in doesnt take long for it to be completed however office staff does change frequently lately but doesnt slow down anything I love Neighborworks properties good ppl
