Residents usually find out about these incidents through other residents as there is no communication from management providing safety tips or solutions to these problems. The area isn't safe, so it would be beneficial if security guards with weapons were present at later hours for each building, but this won't happen since the owner doesn't care about us. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS COMPLEX The buildings are filthy It hasnt been cleaned for realnin MONTHS Paper sits in the stairwell and steps for weeks We tenants actually pick up trash They false advertise that this building has controlled access is secure a DO NOT MOVE IN THIS COMPLEX The buildings are filthy It hasnt been cleaned for realnin MONTHS Paper sits in the stairwell and steps for weeks We tenants actually pick up trash They false advertise that this building has controlled access is secure and that is a lie The garage doors dont close There has been multiple break ins They refuse to purchase quality locks that cant be pried off so at any given day any stranger may be sitting in the building or in the yard The property manager and maintenance took the handle off the front door off one of the buildings so there is an open hole there that allows anyone to put a finger or object in front to get in the door The elevator used to only allow you to go to the floor your fob is assigned to At this time you can press any button and get to any floor I am sending another notice to Fair Housing with pictures to show them how the leasing staff over the complex is allowing this property to go down more ... hide ...
