I been living at the Ridge of fort smith for 5 years But it has gone tremendously down in 2 years there is no maintenance for over a year my apt has water damage from leaks in the piping that has gone on for years and now its black mold in my unit I been living at the Ridge of fort smith for 5 years But it has gone tremendously down in 2 years there is no maintenance for over a year my apt has water damage from leaks in the piping that has gone on for years and now its black mold in my unit i have puctures i always payed my rent and portion to the ridge i am ready to move on and they are trying to get me to renew a year lease with no maintenance and no work is done the bathroom and kitchens need new cabinets and flooring im over it i have a nice place because i go out and buy stuff to keep it together but its falling apart and they will not do nothing because we have no maintenance im tired i work and its unsafe to live in i just want a liveable place for me and my daughter who is 8 more ... hide ...
