Renting at Cedar Valley was a terrible experience for me. My neighbors made several false complaints about me and I ended up being evicted, even though I had not had any issues in the year that I lived there. One of my neighbors told them that I was living in the hallway of our apartment building, but all he had to go off of were some pictures he took of me without my consent while I just happened to be there enjoying the breeze. Another neighbor falsely accused me of rummaging through their car and Rent Cedar Valley believed it all without question. The property manager called the police on me and also contacted animal control multiple times about my dog, as well as trying to get into my apartment without notice and changing the locks before they legally could do so. They even held onto my property illegally before giving me only an hour's notice to retrieve it! Additionally, when these photos were taken over summer 2021, you can see that the occupancy permits and fire extinguisher were outdated. Do NOT rent here! more ... hide ...
