I know someone who lives there The complex has an overall clean appearance but my friend has shown me several issues in his unit alone need to be addressed immediately Floors roofs balconies all need maintenance performed immediately

LOVED this place so roomy and just overall a good experience it was my first time renting and anna took a chance on me and Im forever grateful I loved my time there and I would 1000 go back my apartment was beautiful and truly felt like home i had lo LOVED this place so roomy and just overall a good experience it was my first time renting and anna took a chance on me and Im forever grateful I loved my time there and I would 1000 go back my apartment was beautiful and truly felt like home i had lots of cabinet space storage my bedroom was huge as well as my closet what really sold me was the balcony it was big and so nice to sit out there and watch the sunset if I ever had a maintenance issue they were there 98 of the time the same day the gym was super clean too me my dog loved our first home I knocked off one star because the walls were hard to keep clean and got scuffed easily BUT they do give you the freedom to paint as long as you paint it back to the original color which is almost unheard of at apartments if I ever live in an apartment again itll be the palmer loved my time here so much more ... hide ...
