For three weeks, despite my repeated requests for maintenance and multiple phone calls (one of which ended with me being hung up on), I had no hot water. For three weeks, despite my repeated requests for maintenance and multiple phone calls (one of which ended with me being hung up on), I had no hot water. It was only after I contacted the city and the property's managers that the issue was resolved. Maintenance never arrives until you're practically haranguing them and they use inappropriate language in your apartment, not to mention not wearing masks during the COVID-19 peak. On top of that, the complex is so poorly built and insulated that it costs over $300 a MONTH in gas bills to keep the apartment between 58-64 degrees. Even with my apartment kept freezing, I could hardly afford the bills and I had a studio! I was told that the apartment I was getting had been updated, when in reality it had cracks in the walls, the toilet seat wouldn't stay on the toilet, and there were rips in the floor. The cleaning and repairs weren't scheduled until the day I was moving in and, even then, we weren't allowed to touch the counters for the first 24 hours. Plus, there was always litter all around the property. To sum it up, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. more ... hide ...

I was scheduled to move in on July 22nd, but my current lease is expiring... leaving me homeless! When the lady from the office showed me the apartment at the View, I was horrified to see the filth outside the door, the cans on the grass, and the cigarette smoke smell permeating the apartment. This told me the neighbours are inconsiderate and the maintenance staff doesn't do their job. I emailed Kenneth for a refund and he didn't even bother to reply. I had to dispute the charge with my bank! To avoid the same headache, save your money! Of course, I will get a response saying they are sorry, but that won't do anything. The apartments are pleasant, but the community is not. People appear to be unable to discard their trash properly. The complex I live in is quite dangerous as well. Not long ago, there were numerous fire engines outside, and another time somebody was SHOT on the second floor. I was with my grandmother at the time and I was very frightened. We observed people from our building encircling the unfortunate person while blood covered her entire face to the point barely any skin can be seen. Additionally, one of the neighbors there also STEALS packages? Apart from that, the views from the windows are calming and beautiful. From my room, I can spot the other complex right next to us. To add to that, kids are destroying the tiny playground there. One day, one of the slides was gone, and the next day the other one as well. However, if you can handle all these matters, feel free to move here. more ... hide ...

I moved to these apartments in October in one of the most devastating parts of my life thinking this would be the start to a new book in my life Instead it was just another chapter in the same book Living here has been a nightmare Nothing gets done I moved to these apartments in October in one of the most devastating parts of my life thinking this would be the start to a new book in my life Instead it was just another chapter in the same book Living here has been a nightmare Nothing gets done Everything is constantly breaking due to previous patch work and The leasing staff is less than satisfactory moreso the management is in dyer need of change These apartments arent worth the price youll end up paying every month And they are unwilling to work with their tenants to come up with solutions to fix very serious issues but instead makes countless excuses and blows smoke to get you off their case I am currently in the process of moving out before my lease because Ive had ENOUGH If you can GO SOMEWHERE ELSE more ... hide ...
