I am currently living here Since I moved in I have had many problems with the unit First the air conditioning was not working properly it took them more than 15 days to send someone to my apartment The maintenance man recommended that I turn off I am currently living here Since I moved in I have had many problems with the unit First the air conditioning was not working properly it took them more than 15 days to send someone to my apartment The maintenance man recommended that I turn off the air conditioning from time to time to let the engine cool down well that was very inconvenient as it only worked for a few minutes and then needed to be turned off and on in order to work again but as the weather was getting less hot I had no problem again By then I started having a colossal carpenter ant problem and management told me I had to wait until next month for pest control to come I needed to call the corporate to them schedule an earlier pest control visit which this pest issue was not only affecting me but them carpenter ants can damage wood and other places of the unitnNow my ac stopped working since yesterday a heat advisory was issued and today it is 99 degrees and my dog and I are dying of hot I submitted a maintenance request and emailed management with a video otherwise theyll take forever to respond After the maintenance guy confirmed there was a problem with the air conditioner I was told that it would take about 23 days to install a replacement I called management to see if they could help me with this situation like sending at least a portable air conditioner or something that could help me get through this hot weather while I waited Tiara not only denied me a solution she was also rude about it not even understanding of my frustration because of course they arent the ones that live there I stayed home today but once I go back to work Im worried about my dog staying alone with this weather conditionnI have to add that building stinks badly more with the hot weather and neighbors litter so you see all types of garbage around the common areasnUnfortunately I have a 14month lease but I would not recommend anybody to move here or at least not to have great expectations like I did The neighborhood is nice the apartments are good looking but it is not worth it I hope this review can help them to make the pertinent and very necessary improvements more ... hide ...

Scheduled a showing drove 30 minutes and was on time No one was there to do the showing and I waited around for 30 minutes No one called me back or called to cancel the showing Had to then drive another 30 minutes home

I loved living there was so peaceful and the staff was very nice Any time you had a problem they get to it right away

Very quiet place to live I love living here The apartments are nice size
