Andalusia Apartments

People have had issues in the past with these apartments, but I personally think they're great. Coming from a low area of Oceanside, this place is much nicer than most places I have seen and it has a lot of amenities like a fridge, washer/dryer, nice People have had issues in the past with these apartments, but I personally think they're great. It may not be perfect, but it's a great deal and worth the wait. The management here is prompt and professional; if something gets damaged, it gets fixed quickly. Even cars parked illegally around the complex or across the street get towed away. All in all, it's a nice, affordable place so if you're interested, plan ahead 6-8 months and get on the waitlist. more ... hide ...

If I could put 0 stars I would This place is fckn ridiculous when you move out dont ever expect for your deposit back they literally rob you I left my apartment very clean and they still will charge you for cleaning They charge to replace all the car If I could put 0 stars I would This place is fckn ridiculous when you move out dont ever expect for your deposit back they literally rob you I left my apartment very clean and they still will charge you for cleaning They charge to replace all the carpet even though the maintenance guy had told me they shouldve replaced the carpet a year before I even moved out While I was living there the ac broke and it was basically raining in my apartment the maintenance guy said that was common and happened often in their units and they will not pay for any damages to your stuff I put a deposit of 799 and came out owing 1200 I will never recommend this place I have lived in many apartments and never have I been charged like this and dont try to get a hold of them they never answer more ... hide ...

I have been on the waitlist since August of 2016 Earlier this year I decided to go to the office to check my status Well to my surprise apparently I was called in October 2016 Riiiight So I was placed back on the list and at that time they still had I have been on the waitlist since August of 2016 Earlier this year I decided to go to the office to check my status Well to my surprise apparently I was called in October 2016 Riiiight So I was placed back on the list and at that time they still had no apartments to view About a week later I received a message stating that they had availability I immediately called back the next morningbecause it was after business hours when I got the message When the woman answered the phone she informed me that unfortunately someone had come and put a deposit downand it was no longer available My responsenWow Within 24 hours OK well just keep me updated and on the listnShe called back about 2 days later and said the potential renters had backed out which meant the apartment Could be mineHowever I still could not view it because the tenants where still occupying it At this point my family and I have decided to move forward in our searchnIf you do decide to move there you had better have the patience of 10 monks more ... hide ...

Honestly good for the price but so me of the people in the office are SUPER passive aggressive for no reason Very rude and honestly a bit unprofessional Not worth it for that reason to be quite frank
