I did this for four months and no one came. So, I had to take care of it myself, and now I have no issues with bugs. However, I currently have a problem with mold and their only solution was a bleach spray. They said they would remove the AC as it is connected throughout the whole system and it would take two weeks. Now, two months later and nothing has been done. Also, the doors and windows have it too, so I have to wipe them down. Since most of the time the washing machine and dryer are broken, we bought our own. We opened all the windows and doors with fans. We have water damage, but they never take care of it. Our heater keeps on failing and never stays fixed for more than a week. I am currently looking for a new place to live since I have two kids. They have become ill and my four month old still has health issues. I also have allergies and it triggers my breathing problems. Tomorrow is my last resort before I go to the housing department. My family should not suffer due to their neglect of providing a suitable place to live. I understand it is cheap, more ... hide ...

Maintenance operates only during "9-5", so if you have a full time job and need someone in your apartment during those hours, you're out of luck. Maintenance typically finishes up at 4:30, so they won't come to do any work at that time. Everyone in the office except Stella is very UNCOOPERATIVE and IMPOLITE. I don't appreciate being called "lady" since I work 8-5 and can't leave my job to supervise your staff in my apartment. Many apartments contain valuable items, and I don't want strangers in my place around my belongings when I'm not there. Roaches are difficult to eradicate, especially when spraying is only on Wednesdays. You're lucky if they even make it to your apartment on that day since they always have people lined up. The water temperature in the shower is never consistent. It fluctuates from one extreme to the other, and it's incredibly annoying when you have a limited amount of time. more ... hide ...

I really hate living here but it was one of the cheaper apartments and our apartment is big The only reason why Im giving them 2 stars is for the cheaper rent and they are pretty good on coming to fix things when you call BUT you get what you pay for I really hate living here but it was one of the cheaper apartments and our apartment is big The only reason why Im giving them 2 stars is for the cheaper rent and they are pretty good on coming to fix things when you call BUT you get what you pay for Our cleaning lady is sooooo lazy She spends more time arguing with tenants than actually cleaning It always smells like urine in out stairwell Someone let their dog poop on the carpet in the hall and it stayed there for a whole day in a half There is a lot of kids which is fine but theyre always breaking stuff and it stays broken for a good week or so When I say they usually good about fixing stuff I mean in your apartment not in the actual building You dont know how annoying it is to come home after a long day of work and not be able to get in the building have to walk all the way around the building Im complaining but its so true Oh and not to mention the bugs make sure you clean clean clean because there are roaches more ... hide ...
