The two times Ive had to sign with this place have both been short noticed but both times the staff has been super helpful I called the other day and spoke to Brendan who within 20 minutes sent me a video tour of the spot I wanted and a lease It was The two times Ive had to sign with this place have both been short noticed but both times the staff has been super helpful I called the other day and spoke to Brendan who within 20 minutes sent me a video tour of the spot I wanted and a lease It was quick and simple I then stopped by later to talk to the manager to get some clarification on things and she was extremely helpful Ive never had a problem with this place The maintenance guys have always been quick and efficient I havent had any problems with my studio Yeah it can get loud sometimes but it is a college town and right by the strip Honestly I dont mind it and I barely notice it In fact some nights it ends up being pretty good entertainment As soon as I found out I was staying in Tallahassee it was an easy decision to resign with them It also helps that this is one of the most affordable apartments in Tallahassee Im looking forward to spending the next year in an upgraded one bedroom Thank you guys Im sure this wont be my last review more ... hide ...

Been here since Aug of 2019 and I dont regret a thing Brittany the manager then was so kind and helpful starting from the day I moved Richard and Dee are the best maintenance guys that responds to my request very quickly Savannah never fails to put a Been here since Aug of 2019 and I dont regret a thing Brittany the manager then was so kind and helpful starting from the day I moved Richard and Dee are the best maintenance guys that responds to my request very quickly Savannah never fails to put a smile on her face everytime I see her I respect and adore each and every employee at ULofts The place is very near to FSU and a lot of surrounding restaurants as well The downside Ill say is the bar at W Tennessee where it can get really loud at weekend nights But all in all a great place to stay and I 100 recommend Renewed my lease for the next year too more ... hide ...

This place is amazing The staff are so friendly and helpful I wrote on my initial summary of the apartment condition that the sink was slightly leaking and within 48 hours someone came to fix it This someone was Dee He not only replaced my whole fauc This place is amazing The staff are so friendly and helpful I wrote on my initial summary of the apartment condition that the sink was slightly leaking and within 48 hours someone came to fix it This someone was Dee He not only replaced my whole faucet but also unclogged my sink I had been trying to do it for like 3 days and was trying to stop by home depot to get the tools but I was so happy to find out that he did it out of kindness I then ran into him and he had the nicest smile and asked if I needed anything else and also offered to help me with a package I was carrying I am so happy to live here more ... hide ...

I moved here at the beginning of August 2020 and now I have lived here a little over a month Prior to moving in everyone I had talked to during the application process were attentive and extremely helpful with the many questions I had seeing as I was I moved here at the beginning of August 2020 and now I have lived here a little over a month Prior to moving in everyone I had talked to during the application process were attentive and extremely helpful with the many questions I had seeing as I was not from the area Now after moving in those who I interact with on nearly a daily basis due to the many packages I have delivered continue being attentive and helpful Mallory has been especially hospitable in that I can walk into the office to pickup a delivery and I do not have to remind her who I am She was also helpful in providing direction in my search of some much needed caffeine I am very happy with my residency here and plan to renew my lease next year Thank you all for the wonderful servicennDerrick more ... hide ...
