Hi I use to live here when I was 7 or 6 years old and to be truly honest I didnt have all that bad of a experience here but keep in mind this was 201415 There were some things that were horrible a neighbor above us would continue to throw food out of Hi I use to live here when I was 7 or 6 years old and to be truly honest I didnt have all that bad of a experience here but keep in mind this was 201415 There were some things that were horrible a neighbor above us would continue to throw food out of his window infront of our doorway we complained but the staff did NOTHING and said nothing to him Besides that I think that apartment was full of bed bugs I was eaten alive by those things we left 2 years later and our beds were infested Anyways I see that a lot of people are complaining about loud neighbors well for me it wasnt like that Its was usually quiet even late at night and I was out most nights because my mom was a nurse and when we got back everything was quiet I have had a lot of great memories at this place more ... hide ...

I had to move in August of last year from the Bronzeville area WPD was my property management company that had my building which they took care of it very well They sold my building to a new owner which they wanted everybody to move out they want to I had to move in August of last year from the Bronzeville area WPD was my property management company that had my building which they took care of it very well They sold my building to a new owner which they wanted everybody to move out they want to turn the apartments into condominiums I had a hard time finding an apartment in the area I was living due to the pandemic no one has moved out of their apartments So I remember WPD there were renting apartments in Englewood was very skeptical which I was right Since I move in neighbors blasting their music and fighting during the early part of the morning wake me up out of my sleep I send the manager several emails about the noise asking can I break my lease I was told they supervisor said no I have been unhappy since I move into this building more ... hide ...

This building is clean no hang out in Lobby or hallway have security guard on the premises at all time 24 hours 7 days a week must show a State ID or State Driver License to entered the building they wrote down your Name and Address the Security Guar This building is clean no hang out in Lobby or hallway have security guard on the premises at all time 24 hours 7 days a week must show a State ID or State Driver License to entered the building they wrote down your Name and Address the Security Guard on there log in sheet Chicago Public School cross the Street and Laudromat inside East Garden Apartments They also have a Courtyard for barbecue I highly recommend this place to Families and Friends and the Public more ... hide ...

I live here due to me having a stoke and to be close to my Family to help me with my son the key is to stay forcing on you and do what best for you and your Family stay pray up God is Good all the time Be Blessed Everybody
