Great place to live Ive been here for a year now and am still very pleased Management is easy to get a hold of If I ever need maintenance which is a rare occasion they are able to take care of any issue right away

I have lived her 67 years and have never had any problems If something breaks or doesnt work I call the awesome maintenance guy and they are there with in hours The owner has been awesome He may not be here often but he is always available via email I have lived her 67 years and have never had any problems If something breaks or doesnt work I call the awesome maintenance guy and they are there with in hours The owner has been awesome He may not be here often but he is always available via email or phone Chris has been great we had a death in the family and had to fly out of town and we were not able to pay our rent on time Chris gets that sometimes life happens and as long as we let him know he is willing to work with you Great guy I love the pool its always clean and its heated The gym is small but everything you need is there and alway accessible They let you use the party room for showers or birthdays or Xmas parties for free all you have to do is clean up after yourself no brainer its a very nice laid back place to live more ... hide ...

Its an older style apartment complex though they have updated a lot of units Its fairly affordable so its one of those you get what you pay for kind of situations Snow removal is definitely an opportunity though if you see the layout you can kind o Its an older style apartment complex though they have updated a lot of units Its fairly affordable so its one of those you get what you pay for kind of situations Snow removal is definitely an opportunity though if you see the layout you can kind of understand the struggle That being said the staff is on point The maintenance guy was always there with an hour or so if we had any issue There was a problem with our furnace during January we called late at night and he was there within 20 minutes with 2 portable heaters just in case and was able to fix our problem The office staff was always friendly and kept us up to date on any issues more ... hide ...

If I could give it half a star I would The worst and I mean the worst property staff management company I have ever experienced That staff are rarely around maintenance requests take 23 weeks for a broken heater in MN dont even get me started on the If I could give it half a star I would The worst and I mean the worst property staff management company I have ever experienced That staff are rarely around maintenance requests take 23 weeks for a broken heater in MN dont even get me started on the AC I would highly recommend staying away from this place and anything associated with this place They dont plow for days And say its an inconvenience based on how much snow is received Cops at the complex every other night Chris is unresponsive and only responds when feels the need too Place is run down even the updated units LOL are a rip off with cheap fixes and the washers n dryers never work Would never recommend this place or any place affiliated with this place to anyone Youd be better off in a homeless shelter than Walnut Trails more ... hide ...
