This apartment initially appeared to be quite suitable for someone newly on their own; however, upon moving in, it became clear this was not the case. The AC filter had become dirty and caused an infestation of flies that swarmed out of the vent when summer arrived. After a week-long wait, someone finally came to fix the issue; however, after a few months of peace, wasps started to invade. We were left with many dead and live insects everywhere in our apartment. It took one being sat on and stung in addition to waking up with one on my face for the property manager to act: they brought over an exterminator who did nothing. I must advise against anyone renting here unless they are okay living among insects all year round - furthermore, my boyfriend's reviews have been blocked from public view (as of 10/1/21) which is very suspicious behavior from such an expensive place! more ... hide ...
