No property manager and it's impossible to get someone to answer the phone; they won't provide the owner's contact information when they are not fulfilling their duties. The roofs are caving in because they do not repair the bathrooms and there are holes in everything since she moved in and they promised to fix them but never did. The second bathroom was never functional. They asserted that all documentation was deleted and so they deny to refund the deposits as they don't have any records. This place is unclean, deteriorating, and infested with roaches. When she first arrived there was a bedbug problem, they were slow to try and eradicate them, and it took them six months. The stairs are falling apart, they always have excuses for why they can't repair anything, and for the past ten months you can't reach anyone. I documented every voicemail she left about all the issues and when they became aware of that, they blocked the number. They never sent out a new lease and she didn't get an eviction notice; almost everyone has moved away in the last year due to the fact that this place is not able to take care of their responsibilities. more ... hide ...

Absolutely do not waste your time living here We have had countless issues dealing with the management and staff Between having to wait months to get our AC fixed in the middle of summer to them wanting to charge us 1600 for their own bookkeeping mis Absolutely do not waste your time living here We have had countless issues dealing with the management and staff Between having to wait months to get our AC fixed in the middle of summer to them wanting to charge us 1600 for their own bookkeeping mistake weve really been more than fed up here They were also going to tow a tenants vehicle that was stuck in the snow during that ice storm we had a couple years back They were going to charge him for the tow even though they refused to plow or shovel their snowedin parking lot which everyone was getting stuck in And we never saw any staff out there helping him get unstucknnThey advertise pool and other amenities which are very often closed with no explanation The apartments themselves are decent but its not worth putting up with the unfair and greedy management more ... hide ...
