We rented here in 2021 In the summer multiple apartments had AC failures and their solution was to give them window units instead of fixing it Our oven never worked despite them coming in multiple times to tinker with it By the end the toilet wasnt f We rented here in 2021 In the summer multiple apartments had AC failures and their solution was to give them window units instead of fixing it Our oven never worked despite them coming in multiple times to tinker with it By the end the toilet wasnt flushing completely and sink wouldnt properly drain I had to break the lease early due to illness and was charged fees for breaking lease I was making payments on the fees when I finally got the fees below 900 and tried to login to pay it off my login was deactivated I called to ask about it and was told my account had been given to a lawyers office where they charged an extra 500 This is also not a safe location There are lights installed around the complex but they never worked while we lived there Its totally dark at night My vehicle was broken into twice and like previous people have stated there are loose dogs that do attack There were multiple fights around the complex and its true again about their snarky emails they like to send out as previous people have stated more ... hide ...

Its okay but stay away if you can Good for people with low credit or are first time renters The apartments stink when you first move in so you will be cleaning it out They were understanding and flexible when I was going through hard times The proble Its okay but stay away if you can Good for people with low credit or are first time renters The apartments stink when you first move in so you will be cleaning it out They were understanding and flexible when I was going through hard times The problem is there are loose dogs Ive been attacked by one and they did NOTHING They allow tenants to let their animals run around without a leash which is part of the reason I left Another thing is they take insane amounts out your deposit for small thingsthey dont even clean before you move in 20 dollars out my deposit to clean a stove top30 dollars to remove command strips 30 to clean a toilet 75 dollar so called admin fee 30 for apparent paint touch ups Smh they are insanely greedy when it comes to knit picking small things and trying to hustle as much money as they can when they cant even clean Like I said if you have prior rent history look elsewhere if you are a beginner this will help you build some history but move out at the end of your lease more ... hide ...

Liberty Apartments management and maintenance are not reliable at all Our AC is broken since couple of days and my husband submitted maintenance request yesterday and I had left a voicemail on top of it as it was intolerable the room temperature has Liberty Apartments management and maintenance are not reliable at all Our AC is broken since couple of days and my husband submitted maintenance request yesterday and I had left a voicemail on top of it as it was intolerable the room temperature has gone 89 as I am pregnant and not feeling well because of the high temperature So today the maintenance guy did show up but left saying he has to get equipment from the office and never came back Hours later I called the manager and she transferred me to a guy named Aaron I told him the issue we were having and he said that AC repair expert should be there in few hours if not they will provide AC unit to give us some relief and so far no one showed up and neither are we provided with AC unit So if there is anything such as emergency oncall request shouldnt they be responsive Cause I left couple of voicemails as nobody showed up and hence we are suffocating inside the apartment more ... hide ...
