They now have security cameras and the maintenance guy is right here to get the apartment problems taken care of if the renters call the issues in to management office! They also replaced all windows and new blacktop in parking lot. As recommended from Virginia Utilities we never run out of hot water and very well heated apartments. Overpriced for what you get. Wont work with you on any of your needs. Put in a maintenance request for a disposal, 2 weeks later the work order closed and nothing was fixed. Wonderful group of very nice people that live here. I feel very safe living here. The rent is reasonable. I have a fantastic view of Bailey Lake from my apartment. Good location, near downtown.
